We’re not just looking for another Team Member.
We’re looking for a Talent Management specialist who’s got a secret obsession with cheese. Or smoked salmon. Or artichokes. Or whatever it is that makes your fridge happy.

We’re looking for someone who gets as excited about performance management, as they do avocado toast. A candidate who’s as passionate about managing talent programs as they are about discovering new hot sauces.

We’re not just looking for someone to define, develop, and drive our talent management process like a well-balanced charcuterie board...We’re looking for someone that enjoys a good pun or dad joke, and is hungry to join a team that’s focused and driven without being stiff or stodgy. After all, we get to work in the most amazing industry of all. Food.

Have a read of responsibilities and qualifications below. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.
