As a National Recruitment Promotions Partner with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to implement national candidate engagement and brand awareness projects in partnership with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
A National Recruitment Promotions Partner at Ascension requires creative writing skills, critical thinking, decisive judgment making and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervision. What You Will Do

  • Create, maintain and distribute recruitment marketing content related to ongoing hiring needs, refining and optimizing campaign strategy and recruitment collateral.
  • Partner closely with TA Operations, the Integrated Talent Strategy team, and local Marketing and Communications teams to understand and execute upon business objectives, to ensure messaging adheres to brand guidelines, and to align with local consumer-facing messaging matrices/campaigns.
  • Develop messaging matrices, personas and marketing toolkits aimed at recruiting and retaining talent, based upon recruitment needs as identified by Market Intelligence, Talent Acquisition, workforce planning and local clinical operations leadership.
  • Define campaign objectives and create recruitment promotions channel-mix strategies - leveraging audience, platform and market intelligence data - to meet ongoing hiring needs or lift in brand awareness. This involves tactics including, but not limited to: print media, direct mail, audio, TV, digital media/display, niche job boards, text message campaigns, email campaigns, social media and Google.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams - such as the Google, Digital Advertising, Media Buying, Programmatic Messaging/ Reputation Management, and Graphic Design partners - to coordinate assets, work within spec, define flight-schedules and advise on campaign deliverables to guide the development, placement and optimization of advertising materials.
  • Coordinate and plan the development of new photography and video assets through conducting and project managing photo/video shoots, as needed.
  • Lead discovery conversations with new potential advertising vendors, products, partnerships or tools to enhance market campaign promotions strategies that deliver on strategic business needs.
  • Evaluate and deliver campaign performance reporting to key stakeholders, leveraging data to optimize current and future campaigns.
  • Assist as assigned with other Talent Acquisition strategies and branding initiatives, including brand creative, website content, SEO, collateral, recruitment events, reputation management, employee referral initiatives and other organizational priorities.


What You Will Need
Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.


Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


Work Experience:

  • Five years of relevant experience is preferred
    • Experience in PR, Talent Acquisition, talent branding/ talent promotions, marketing or communications preferred
  • Experience in creating, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.
    • Experience in talent and/or employer branding campaigns is preferred
  • Experience with copywriting, messaging, or web content development is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing campaign assets across print, OOH, and/or digital advertising mediums is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of iCIMS/ other ATS, Visier, Google Analytics, Google for Business products (G-Suite), Indeed Employer Tools, Social Media Ad Manager Tools, Text Recruit, or web based platforms.
  • Management, leadership, or project management experience is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of AP Style is preferred.
  • HTML skills are preferred.
