People Operations Coordinator

The People Team at DISCO is on a mission to foster a magical employee experience for our organization. The People Operations Coordinator role will partner with the team on building operational excellence within our team and for all employees.

What You'll Do:
  • You’ll be responsible for providing the best onboarding experience, from the offer letter to the employee’s first week
  • You’ll provide HR systems support and be responsible for maintaining accurate records/systems and processing operational work (background checks, employee files, HRIS management, etc)
  • You’ll actively help develop HR processes, in collaboration with other teams, to eliminate complexity, ensuring workflows are intuitive and easy to understand for all users, and leveraging technology to automate
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for employee’s HR-related questions
  • You’ll partner with the broader People team with various projects, across the employee lifecycle
  • You'll prepare operational reports and data to help drive processes and build insights
