People Operations Manager

With a recently announced funding round from Insight Partners and an impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding its Global teams. Therefore, we are looking for a People Operations Manager to help us scale and to take Lansweeper to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimize the HR Operation model and ensuring HR processes are designed to support business strategies effectively and efficiently
- Own payroll process tasks, including entering new hires and auditing payrolls before payment
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify needs, clarify hiring objectives, and initiate hiring processes
- Manage hiring, termination, and promotion process
- Provide leadership on people-related issues and policies across all functional areas of the business
- Manage development of supporting process documentation as it relates to the development and amendment of HR policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Develop frameworks and methodologies to facilitate evaluative conversations related to HR system, process, and policy changes
- Partner with other teams to design and improve processes with data-driven decision-making in mind
- Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to enable innovation
Job requirements
You'll be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years HR Operations experience, preferably in a global environment
- Prior experience administering payroll and benefits
- A business process improvement mindset and experience
- Deep understanding of HR processes and service delivery
- Experience creating and communicating business cases to stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and can be relied upon to drive projects to completion
- Aptitude for thinking analytically; can craft story and related required actions from data
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management practices and tools preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience at a start-up or a non-profit organization
- Experience with international workplace compliance laws and regulations
