What you’ll be doing
MVF are looking for our first People Partner to join our Austin office - with a great opportunity to shape the People Experience function alongside our UK based team.
You’ll be working with the US CEO and UK People Partner to orchestrate the implementation and alignment of a US focused People Plan, supporting the leadership team to achieve commercial goals and create a culture that delivers an outstanding People Experience.
We like to do things differently in the People team so you need to be ready to think differently and tackle old challenges in a new way. This role comes with tonnes of opportunity to bring new ideas, and really develop your career at a high-growth international business.
About you
- Ideally already an accredited HR professional (or close to completing
- studies)
- You have a global mindset, and are able to operate in a fast-paced, geographically diverse structure
- You will be an established HR generalist working in a progressive environment, and likely to be already operating at Business Partner or Manager level.
- You may already have experience of multiple state employment law and practices, alongside understanding of US federal employment law.
- You may already have experience with M&A activity.
