What Your Days Will Be Like: 

We are looking for a Recruiting Counselor to join our Estate Staffing Placement team. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience and an eagerness to learn, a personable demeanor, great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment that demands responsiveness and a sense of urgency.

The position includes substantial time on the phone developing relationships, connecting and coaching candidates, and communicating by email and text with candidates. Attention to detail, the ability to draft professional correspondence, confident phone manner, and overall reliability are also important. Successful candidates in this position are also able to juggle multiple placement transactions at the same time while maintaining a high level of communication with candidates and co-workers.

What You’ll Be Working on:  

  • Recruiting, screening, and meeting candidates;
  • Active outbound recruiting and sourcing;
  • Compiling candidate files including resumes, references, and background checks;
  • Coordinating the hiring process, and supporting the placement of candidates in permanent Nanny positions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • A warm, empathetic and optimistic nature
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a high flow of job requests
  • Strong computer skills
  • Some prior in-home experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ideal work experience could also include (1) experience in the recruiting industry, or (2) experience in any field providing superior customer service
  • Collaborative mindset to work synergistically with a team to exceed the expectations of clients and candidates
