Our recruiters are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and guiding strong hiring manager partnerships.

Our Marketing Recruiting POD is a small and mighty team, composed of people with backgrounds in technical and non-technical recruiting and sourcing. We attract, source, and engage with top talent to meet the hiring needs of our Marketing Business Partners. You will report to our Marketing TA Team Lead.
More about you:

• You have solid experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle (ideally, at least 3-4 years)
• You bring innovative sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates
• You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas
