Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do
- Provide a consultative approach to recruitment, serve as and advisor to both hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and their respective teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle
- Serve as a storyteller to source, engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates
- Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
Who You Are
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis and offer negotiation
- Mission minded and a strong desire to help build the most inspired culture
- Empathetic and effective communicator
- Passion for creative and diverse talent sourcing
- Critical thinker who can adapt to changing priorities and excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage a consistent req load, spanning multiple business units and geographic locations
