Our recruiting organization is a centralized group that works across our portfolio companies, partnering with hiring teams to support their needs.  We play a pivotal role in the company's growth and pride ourselves on finding the best candidate for the job. You will:

• Recruit highly sought after talent across various functions ranging from engineering to merchandising

• Source, review, and screen qualified applicants for various roles

• Provide a best in class candidate experience throughout the process

• Develop a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs, turning prospects into candidates

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2+ years of professional experience. Recruiting experience is highly desired but not required.

• Is an excellent communicator, passionate about recruiting, loves talking to people, and wants to make an impact

• Is well organized, able to prioritize daily activities, works well with a team and independently, and takes direction well

• Has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (not required but preferred)
