YOUR MISSION:

Shopgate is seeking a Recruiter with a successful track record of building teams in a fast paced startup environment. This role will work with our Head of People Operations and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling across technical and non-technical roles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

• Creatively attract top talent using multiple sources as well as directly source and recruit passive candidates through direct recruiting efforts
• Partner directly with Hiring Managers to form a consultative relationship and to understand their specific needs to attract and bring in top talent
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to onboarding) across all teams ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Create robust pipelines from scratch while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Provide new employee orientation support and onboarding assistance with offer letters, and other relevant administrative activities
• Showcase your passion for the industry and build intimate knowledge about competitors and target companies
• Work closely with our German HR team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent

THE RIGHT FIT:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience, preferably within a startup environment
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth tech environment with a demonstrable track record of success
• Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions
• Exceptional candidate focus, with a passion for offering each candidate a world class experience throughout the entire recruitment process
• Self-directed problem solver with a strong hands-on and get-it-done mentality
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands
• Strong analytical skills and proven track record of presenting complex data in a simplified and meaningful manner
• Able to keep up with cutting edge talent acquisition practices and HR trends
• Objective oriented and passionate about helping build amazing teams
