FloSports, a leader and innovator in digital sports media, is currently seeking an Recruiter to join our HR team. This person will provide full cycle, high volume recruiting for the business while ensuring a phenomenal candidate and interview team experience. This position is based in Austin, Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans, align on candidate profiles and run smooth and efficient recruiting processes
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet the needs of our high growth strategy
- Work with the HR team to develop creative ways to improve our employer brand to attract and engage top diverse talent
- Screen candidates for a variety of roles across the business for technical, functional and culture fit
- Ensure a pleasant candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building
- Contribute to the improvement of all our interview and recruitment processes
- Identify effective closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
- Maintain ATS system and compile data weekly regarding the status of open positions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2+ years in a corporate Talent Acquisition role
- Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members
- Excellent workflow process and project management skills with the ability to set up and maintain systems for tracking actions, communications and details
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Tech Savvy and proficient with applicant-tracking software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about the candidate experience
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with hiring highly specialized creative roles is a huge plus
- Experience as a diversity sourcer/recruiter is a huge plus
- Experience with JazzHR and G Suite
