What You'll Do
The Recruiter partners with the People Team in building our approach to hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent. You would manage full-cycle recruiting, from requisition creation to employee onboarding, across all areas of the business. This is an opportunity to join a small team and have a significant impact on a growing business. This role reports directly to the VP of People. Day-to-Day responsibilities include:
- Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy
- Build a proactive and trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers
- Articulate SecureLink's story, explain its products to candidates
- Ensure stellar candidate and new employee experiences at SecureLink
- Build and maintain a quality, diverse pipeline of candidates
- Help maintain SecureLink's exceptional employer brand
- Deliver quarterly Interviewer Training to hiring teams
- Maintain succinct documentation on all candidates, using our ATS software
- Participate in team initiatives and projects as needed
What You'll Need
- 1-3 years experience in recruiting or recruitment coordination
Ability to work in a fluid, high-paced environment
Creative thinker with demonstrated judgment
Proficient in Google Suite products
Technology industry experience preferred
