As a Corporate Recruiter reporting to our Head of People, you will be joining our rapidly expanding People Team, passionate about finding world-class talent and providing an excellent candidate experience while doing so. 


In this dynamic and cross-functional role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, recruiting across both tech and non-tech functions and understanding each step's importance. We seek a subject matter expert invested in candidate experience and create a partnership to increase our confidence in hiring as we enter an exciting growth phase. 


The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing technical and non-technical candidates, has a data-driven approach, builds trust with key stakeholders, and is a humble collaborator with leaders and peers. This candidate also thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to roll up their sleeves, and is fiercely passionate about our mission.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Owning your recruiting strategy, you will manage full-lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to signing, including candidate interview scheduling, offer negotiation and process, salary recommendations, and offer delivery.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals with a consultative approach being a valued thought partner to them, including advising partners on industry trends. 
  • Participate in quarterly team goal initiatives and metrics, including workflow and process improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to support progress and share best practices.
  • Partner with branding to ensure advertising strategies align with hiring needs.
  • Provide a respectful and fair experience for all candidates, in line with our company values.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, including 3+ years of full lifecycle in-house recruiting experience across multiple lines of business (engineering, marketing, finance, customer experience, and legal)
  • You're tech-savvy and have a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems such as Lever and BambooHR (or other HRIS systems), Google Apps, and online chat/communication tools.
  • You have advanced sourcing capabilities with a demonstrated ability to identify and elevate the voices and profiles of under-represented talent, including creatively finding ways to identify mission-driven talent beyond Linkedin.
  • You have experience creating and executing written and visual communications related to talent branding on various social platforms.
  • Possess a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and a friendly, pragmatic demeanor.
  • You're great at multitasking, can flex and work within multiple functions and channels as needed.
  • You problem-solve with a focus on continuous improvement. You're always learning and can effectively articulate opportunities and new strategies to business partners.
  • Being organized and detail-oriented motivates you.
  • You can effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands; you can maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment and handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
