Description
We are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our HR team. This role will be responsible or the full life recruiting across all lines of business including: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, G&A and Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, candidate experience, negotiation and offers both highly technical non-technical roles
- Partner with Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics
- Act as a consultant in hiring processes; compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
- Identify, engage and secure top talent (both passive and active).
- Responsible for attracting and identifying candidates that strive to develop highly technical innovative products
- Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition.
- Drive progress for creating a diverse workforce.
- Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
- Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with recruiting agency experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years of non-technical recruiting experience (Sales, Marketing, G&A) strongly preferred
- Technical recruiting experience should include hiring Back End Engineers, Front End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with start-up experience strongly preferred
- Validated background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and "hard to fill" roles
- The ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
- Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
- Interest in developing a robust interview process to ensure compliance, equity and an excellent candidate experience
