Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re seeking an energetic, forward-thinking team player to join our Recruiting team here at Luxury Presence. As a full-time Recruiter, you will have a profound impact as the initial point of contact and first impression for our candidates. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to staff a team that is aligned with our company culture. Finding the right people for the right position is crucial as we scale a high-performing team that always puts the customer first.

You have:

-1-2 years of Recruiting experience and/or Sales experience 

-A self-directed interest in learning more about Recruiting and Staffing 

-High motor and low ego 

You command: 

-Mondays

-Start-up hustle & teamwork

-Offensive positions where you control desired outcomes

Employment package:

-OTE: 65-75k
