Responsibility as a Corporate Recruiter at Fourth:

The Fourth HR/Recruiting team focuses on providing an amazing experience to past, present and future team members. In joining our recruiting team, with you'll be charged with proactively sourcing candidates for Sales, Software Development, and Finance and other departments as needed.

You will be responsible for guiding these candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the exciting opportunities ahead of us!

Desired Skills and Experience:

-Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance

-Must be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever)

-Work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, recruiting strategies and optimal candidate profiles

-Ability to identify "fit" and aptitude

-Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions including Software Engineer, -Software Sales Reps, Business Analysts, Finance and Accounting positions.

-Consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide and receive quality status updates.

-Solid networking skills; market yourself and Fourth into the passive candidate networks throughout various markets and industries.

Experience with the following is a plus:-

-Experience in effectively recruiting via social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook)

-High tech recruiting experience desired.

-Ability to convey Fourth core values and promote our image/brand to prospective job seekers.

-Self Driven; able to work independently but also able to work cohesively as a team
