Job Description Summary
The Role:We are looking for a Recruiter who can partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruiting process: reviewing job descriptions, sourcing strategies, scheduling interviews, candidate management, offer negotiations and onboarding. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build long term relationships. This person will be a part of a larger team and will be partnering with other TA members as well as HR Managers.
Job Duties

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates against profiles and the culture described in our leadership principles, rather than merely sell a role.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
  • Complete market research to understand where external talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute on sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Recruiting experience working with hiring managers, technical recruiting preferred.
  • Experience operating in a full desk capacity meaning capturing requirements and translating those to Boolean to find candidates
  • Strong client focus and commitment to delivery
  • Strong candidate management skills and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
