What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless; make sure candidate gets a true picture of what life is like at TrendKite
  • Owning the logistics for the candidate experience (scheduling on-site and video interviews, making travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, conference room scheduling)
  • Work independently to schedule (and reschedule) interviews and meetings (phone interviews, in person interviews, lunches, etc.)
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and internal employees in a high volume environment
  • Partner closely with two recruiters to help candidates through the TK interview process
  • Posting and refreshing well-edited job openings, internally and externally via job boards, niche job boards, career communities and social media campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external recruitment events
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes 

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through internally and externally in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly changing environment
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them
  • 1-2 years of coordinator experience, preferably in HR, Recruiting or Events
