We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who understands how to provide top-notch administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind. This person will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to be the go-to person for the interview and scheduling process. What You’ll Be Working On: 

  • Create a seamless experience for all candidates throughout the interview process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to schedule and coordinate high-volume phone, video, and onsite interviews (as needed)
  • Support the offer generation, approval routing, and coordination of offer related activities for candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiters to create and continuously evolve our recruiting processes
  • Own and juggle multiple schedules, balancing priorities and miscellaneous projects
  • Responsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse
  • General day-to-day scheduling and administrative duties

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • 1+ year in an in house recruiting coordinator role is highly preferred
  • Strongly prefers familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail (no matter how mundane)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organization skills to handle multiple/changing priorities at once
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A team player - you're willing to help out wherever needed
  • You instill trust in your judgment and ability to complete any project
  • Bachelor’s degree
