Role: Recruiting Manager- Direct Sales

Location:  Austin, TX

Reports To: VP, People

About This Role 

The Direct Sales Recruiting Manager is a collaborative strategic thinker with comprehensive knowledge and experience in High-Volume recruitment principles, concepts, practices, and standards. They will manage and perform end-to-end full life-cycle recruitment timely and effectively to meet staffing goals of the Direct Sales Team. 

In close partnership with the Director of Direct Sales, the recruiting manager will drive the process to attract talent,  demonstrating the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with team members and agents at all levels.

Sales & Marketing/Business Development experience is needed to develop campaigns to attract and retain the right talent for this unique role.

Performs day-to-day recruiting activities associated with the sourcing, coordinating, screening, qualifying, interviewing, handling offers, and hiring candidates for the Direct Sales Team.

Responsibilities

  • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure an endless flow of high-quality candidates 
  • Implement end-to-end full life cycle recruitment to timely and effectively meet goals
  • Manage the full cycle of the hiring funnel to include tracking, measuring and monitoring all progress to include conversion rates per platform and campaign
  • Oversee all Direct Sales recruiting platforms to include identifying, posting, selecting candidates, screening, scheduling (when needed), interviewing and hiring. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience sales recruiting
  • 5+ years in industry related field such as: insurance – Direct Sales, P&C, L&H, support, claims, underwriting, and/or finance, real estate, sales, or combination 
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and goal oriented: Wants to win and have fun doing it!
