In tandem, we help protect companies from Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) litigation by verifying and documenting proof of consent. 



Job Summary

ActiveProspect is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our small but growing People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will help build repeatable processes that ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier candidates for every role and leverage multiple channels to grow our profile in the tech communities. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Screens inbound candidates to determine skill set, fit within the organization, and level of interest
  • Performs initial phone screens based on recruiting handbook protocols and best practices
  • Reviews information gathered from initial interview/pre-screening process and provides hiring manager with a recommendation regarding most appropriate candidates for follow up interviews
  • Leads all outbound recruiting efforts, identifying top talent that supports business needs
  • Builds and maintains strong candidate relationships that result in superior candidate experiences
  • Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, online searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.) with the goal to provide a diverse slate of qualified candidates
  • Tracks recruiting activities and updates requisition statuses on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing systems
  • Completes ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism in all forms of communication 
  • Demonstrated ability to execute full life-cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with peers to deliver the most qualified talent for the company
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly-confidential human resources related matters
  • Ability to prioritize your work in a rapidly changing environment that requires constant context switching
