Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for setting and driving the sales recruitment process for multiple business units across the enterprise;
- Engage active and passive sales talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, portfolio reviews, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.;
- Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards, and company proprietary databases;
- Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads;
- Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target candidate markets;
- Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system;
- Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience;
- Serve in a consultative and advisory role with hiring managers to guide them in the selection process;
- Negotiate offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 2 total years of in-house sales recruitment experience, preferably with high growth technology companies;
- Solid understanding of sales lanugage, compensation/commission plans, selling techniques and strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean searching and social media recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis and offer negotiation;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
- Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
- Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and
- Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
