SUMMARY

The Sales Training Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the sales training team to increase their reach, impact, and efficiency across the entire sales organization, both domestically and internationally.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

What you’ll do:

  • Actively track and manage the training calendar for all sales teams, including new hire and ongoing training
  • Oversee logistics for ongoing and new hire training activities (both in person and virtual), including scheduling, coordinating speakers, cross-collaborating with other internal teams, assisting with slide decks, managing recordings
  • Master software solutions used by the sales training team (including Brainshark, Salesforce, and Seismic), including uploading files, creating and managing content, troubleshooting, and providing general support to users on the sales team
  • Field and address requests that come into the sales training team; triage as necessary to the appropriate individual(s)
  • Collect items to be communicated in writing to sales on a regular basis and edit, format, and distribute them via email
  • Collaborate with and support the sales training team in the execution of their strategic priorities and ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, as necessary, including sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs, and legal/regulatory
  • Develop a working knowledge of Invitae’s products and customers, as well as industry and technology trends

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
  • Self-motivated in a predominately remote work environment
  • Creative and driven to improve the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Available for key meetings during normal US business hours
  • Ability to quickly learn new types of software
  • Moderate to advanced experience using G Suite, MS Office, and Zoom (or similar conferencing applications)
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
