ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking a Senior Director, People Partner to support our Global Operations team and act as a true business partner to our Csuite. You will be a trusted advisor to senior execs and provide pragmatic and commercial guidance, as well as working collaboratively with COEs to develop and implement people related programmes with successful outcomes.


Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be a key member of the Global People Leadership team. You will talent plan with leaders to enable development, aid retention and create stability through organizational design and succession planning. You will also build credible relationships across the business, continuously enhancing the People brand and be seen as a key stakeholder in all relevant discussions and decisions.


You can be based in any of the US locations where Babylon currently operate a hub office.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Provide strategic partnering and guidance on transformational and change management projects deriving tangible, positive, commercial results.
  • Work with leaders to identify skills gaps, both immediate and long term, to build training plans to support individual and business growth.
  • Consult and advise on complex ER issues.
  • Develop and maintain sound policy and process which supports a maturing business.
  • Provide healthy challenge to resourcing requirements and enable creative solutions.
  • Work cross functionally to plan and implement business change providing specialist guidance on people matters.
  • Use multiple and varied data sources to support business cases and drive insights to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Work with all internal customers in addressing business issues and change management.
  • Influence and support managers in attracting, retaining and motivating their workforce.
  • Accountable for specific projects, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver improvements and add value.
  • Have a continued focus on the commercial impact of decisions and contribution to business revenue.

ABOUT YOU

  • Significant experience of operating as a true HR leader and business partner to CSuite level execs with considerable experience in and understanding of global operations within the healthcare space (ideally healthtech)
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and talent development and how to build career pathways
  • Strong team management capabilities and a track record in coaching and developing a team of direct reports
  • Considerable experience with Organizational Design and how to grow talent through an organization
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to leverage data to influence
  • Proven track record in performing an operational HR role as well as a strategic one
