WP Engine is seeking a Sr. Employee Experience (HR) Business Partner to support our Enterprise and SMB business units. The ideal leader will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to shape culture, uphold our values and solve complex organizational challenges through people-focused solutions.

Be a trusted advisor and human resources leader for supported teams, driving organizational insight, leadership capability, team effectiveness, inclusion and ultimately business performance.
As a member of the BU leadership teams, you’re passionate about understanding our business goals and aligning the people strategy to support.
Collaborate with teams across Employee Experience to ensure a coordinated effort that meets the needs of the business, including recruiting, talent development, total rewards and systems.
An approachable and trusted partner to employees at every level of the organization with respect to issues including communication, management, performance, career development, policy interpretation and respect in the workplace.
Handle employee relations matters with the highest professional standards, providing counseling and coaching to managers and staff and ensuring a prompt, detailed and fair resolution.
Lead the implementation of EE initiatives; drive performance development, run compensation cycles, facilitate talent reviews, organizational planning discussions and work with the business to ensure development plans are actively put into practice.
A broad HR Business Partner background, you can help us continually improve by leading projects across various fields of employee experience.
A credible coach, exuding authenticity, transparency, consistency and accountability.
Building trusted relationships, providing candid feedback with compassion, and influencing through expertise and commercial acumen.
You have a sufficiently broad tool-kit and can offer interventions and solutions to help teams relate, communicate and perform.
You're exceptional at translating information and data into logical, exec-ready presentations. Think employee survey results, diversity data, etc.
An outstanding communicator and influencer with 7-10 years of related experience; high tech, growth companies preferred.
