About the Position

The Rev recruiting team is growing and we are seeking a senior level sales recruiter to help us scale the teams that are the tip of the spear here at Rev. Our sales and marketing teams are experiencing an epic amount of growth and you will be their talent acquisition partner as we continue to build the “Rev Rocketship”. This role will report to Rev’s Head of Talent Acquisition. As a member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior GTM leadership to align on business needs and find the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Balance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pipeline across positions
  • Lead the hiring efforts for various teams across GTM
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads across our organization to deeply understand their needs and proactively build streamlined hiring processes
  • Own the full cycle candidate experience from sourcing to offer and eventual hire
  • Continue to build and promote Rev’s employer brand online and in the market 
  • Inform best practices across our recruiting team while implementing scalable operations and systems across the People organization as a whole 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience as a full cycle recruiter (ideally 1+ year of inhouse experience)
  • Systems builder who can launch new hiring practices while implementing creative solutions to best identify and engage in-demand talent
  • Empathetic approach to building relationships and trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Incredible organization and an innate “GSD attitude” 
  • You thrive in a team environment and are ready and willing to help out across the organization
  • Creative problem solving with a critical lens to improve processes
  • Commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team and community of belonging at Rev


Bonus points if you have 

  • Background in both agency and In-house recruiting
  • Robust experience with diversity sourcing
  • Experience with recruiting in San Francisco and Austin markets
