About you

A day in the life
- Manage full cycle employee administration, including, but not limited to, People program and compliance administration and act as the initial support for answering employee and manager inquiries.
- Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all People department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Act as the lead point of contact for people managers as it relates to various processes including documents required for new hires, job data changes, data corrections, and separations
- Maintain accuracy of organization charts, especially within systems
- Track new hires and maintain high touch check ins during onboarding phase (30 days and 90 days)
- Maintain data quality and integrity through transaction processing, reporting analysis, system maintenance and regular audits.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement; create efficiencies through understanding system capabilities and streamlining processes.
- Oversee the Onboarding Program and support the employee Separations/Offboarding process including exit interviews, final, equipment return, etc.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to support the People team as needed.
- Cross-train with other members of the People team to provide secondary solutions and support.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ Years of working in a HR/People team environment
- Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up navigating ambiguous situations
- Professional maturity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
- HRIS experience and general knowledge of employment law a must
