We have some pretty aggressive hiring needs at First, hire YOU: a creative, passionate, professional, self-driven, goal oriented, motivated recruiter that is known for crushing deadlines and finding dynamic people for your organization. You’ll be reporting in to the Senior Director of Human Resources, who’s in the same boat and here to help hire these fantastic people. What we need from you is drive, grit, hustle, results, and hopefully you’re a little bit bonkers, because these goals are definitely that!

Job Description:

  • Aggressively sort through massive amounts of resumes for multiple open recs spanning multiple professional fields and discipline
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for (job posting, resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination and closing offers)
  • Work cross-functionally with other hiring managers to firmly, yet tactfully keep them on track and on target for their aggressive hiring needs
  • Build and maintain a pipeline and network of candidates and potential candidates as positions are posted
  • Continue to be the touchpoint for candidates once they have accepted, through onboarding
  • Work with managers to make sure all candidates have a stellar and consistent candidate experience
  • Maintain succinct documentation on all candidates and searches through our ATS software with thorough detail
  • Stay up to date on innovative recruiting techniques and trends
  • Maintain a weekly recruiting update which you will share with the executives and the head of HR


  • 5+ years of multi-departmental recruiting experience
  • 2+ years sales recruiting (media sales a +)
  • Ability to work and thrive autonomously
  • Degree from a 4 year university a +
  • High motivation to continuously improve upon time-to-hire metrics
  • Discrete. Is proven to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • A GREAT interviewer (excellent written and verbal skills as well as follow through)
  • A great storyteller
  • Can keep an audience no matter what the subject, or employment level
  • Treats others with respect
  • Team attitude
