Senior Talent Development Partner
Q2 seeks a Senior Talent Development Partner to lead and deliver professional talent development programs for a high growth, dynamic global company. As a learning-focused organization, you will be instrumental in partnering to deliver Q2’s global talent development charter by building high energy, engaging facilitation experiences with focus on measurement and adaptability. This role’s primary responsibilities include instructional design and delivery/facilitation of worldwide training programs.
Focus areas for this role include design, development and delivery (both face-to-face and virtual) of learning programs across the global organization, leading the company’s digital learning strategy and partnering with HRIS for tools and technology to aid in alternative delivery methods and curating on demand learning experiences. In addition, the candidate will serve as a talent solutions learning consultant and partner closely with leaders and HR business partners to offer relevant, viable development solutions to address business needs. The successful candidate will have experience leveraging multiple delivery mechanisms, including classroom, on-demand e-learning modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage projects from inception to delivery; plan projects in advance, and ensure buy-in from peers, leaders, and key stakeholders; Partner and consult with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to understand needs, create training plans, broker offerings with outside vendors as needed and assess impact
Drive learning initiatives/programs including all facets of design, communications, training and reporting/compliance
Create and deliver products that can easily be implemented and supported globally; Operate with holistic view – able to see big picture with strong drive for delivery of high-quality work
Research new eLearning tools, industry trends in learning design offering greater scale and efficiency worldwide
Build, test and deliver high-quality interactive training to support our commitment to talent development and increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter
Serve as project manager including daily logistics of executing programs including classroom/lab set up and breakdown, coordination of training facilities and materials, communication with trainees, and post-workshop collection of evaluation/feedback
Manage and measure work through identification of objectives/goals and business outcomes, clear measurement models and closed loop feedback process driving continuous improvement
Demonstrate commanding presence and expertise in the classroom that engages audiences
Apply experiential learning principles and a “workshop mindset” to deliver transformative multi-modal opportunities for learning and grow our current portfolio (i.e., micro-learning, AR/VR, experiential learning hackathons, pod casts, etc.)
Market learning solutions and tools broadly internally using a variety of communication vehicles
Consult with US and international teams with design and delivery needs to team members worldwide
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other L&D team members as well as the broader HR organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years project and program design experience in learning and development
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects
Deep understanding of adult learning theory, design and delivery
Expert presentation and training facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional consulting and coaching skills for all levels within the organization
Understands impact of emerging learning trends and their implications for and its customers
Prior adult learning facilitation required
Demonstrated engagements with leaders at all levels
Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently with solutions-focused approach
