As our Senior Tech Recruiter, you will help build and scale Evernote by recruiting top engineering talent across the U.S. and Chile. Your support will allow Evernote to define and deliver product experiences that enhance people’s lives at work and at play by allowing them to focus on what truly matters most. 

 What you will do:

• Represent Evernote with integrity and professionalism
• Provide an extraordinary experience for each and every candidate
• Manage recruitment processes for multiple requisitions based in the U.S. and in Chile
• Coach, influence, advise and partner with hiring managers to build out their teams
• Review and select qualified applicants from inbound interest
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through research and outreach for high-demand roles
• Evaluate candidates’ motivations, strengths and team fit
• Stay current with relevant news and talent trends especially in tech

 What you have done:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional recruiting and sourcing experience in high-tech
• Scaled teams at both early and late stage companies
• Proven ability to collaborate well with others

• Background in Engineering preferred
• Bilingual communicator preferred (Spanish & English)
