What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor's people are our most valuable resource. As a Talent Acquisition Associate you'll work closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to shape LogicMonitor's future by identifying and hiring world-class talent.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

The Talent Acquisition Associate will perform full lifecycle recruiting which includes: sourcing passive candidates, screening active candidates, coordinating interviews and closing the candidates. In addition to performing full lifecycle recruiting, the Talent Acquisition Associate will gain expertise on the following talent acquisition best practices:

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of technical recruitment experience
