About your role

Recruiting at Juniper Square is more than delivering resumes - we're the growth engine of our company. In addition to building great teams, we're tasked with fostering and growing our incredible and unique culture. 

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fearlessly creative and data-driven team. You will be fully responsible for your assigned roles including building a growth strategy and leading full life cycle recruiting for our engineering and product teams.  

What you'll do
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and product teams
  • Be a trusted advisor by partnering with managers and directors to develop sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Create and own an exceptionally positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Identify potential in candidates - versus only focusing on keywords in a resume 
  • Focus on the short-term recruiting goals while always building a long-term passive pipeline
  • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity as well as data integrity and reporting
  • Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share progress with hiring team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
  • Proven track record of success in scaling engineering and product teams at a tech startup
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and close searches against a timeline and meet recruiting and performance goals
  • You have an intrinsic drive to be successful. We are a fast-growing company and need people who will take initiative to figure it out and take ownership to be successful in the role
  • Excellent representative of the company - professional, articulate, detail-oriented and knowledgeable
  • Familiarity with technology stacks, languages, terminology 
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through
  • Experience building out recruiting process and procedure at an early stage company (preferred)
  • Proficient with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
  • BA/BS degree required
