Sr Mgr, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Sourcing
We are looking for an experienced TA leader to join us in a newly created role focused on sourcing programs. This unique role encompasses a variety of talent acquisition programs. Bring your TA expertise and management skills to further develop and enhance these programs.
The scope of this new position will focus on the following:
- Building out a university strategy and designing programs to attract entry level talent
- Identifying strategic sourcing opportunities for all levels and areas of our business
- Owning and driving diversity across all areas of TA (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, etc)
- Creating and executing our employer brand strategy that best positions realtor.com to source and attract talent
You will play a key role on the TA Leadership team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.This role will lead a team of sourcers and a recruitment program manager.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing
- Lead the development of strategic sourcing initiatives related to D&I initiatives
- Drive adoption, optimization, and full utilization of all sourcing channels and platforms
- In partnership with People Platforms & Analytics, build out reports and dashboards to measure sourcing performance
- Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) for sourcing platforms, staffing partners and productivity tools
- Use data to analyze and optimize sourcing processes
- Identify new tools and technology to improve sourcing efforts
Employer Branding
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors
- Establish and manage vendor relationships; define and measure success using metrics and deliverables
- Understand candidate preferences in target markets
- Update segmented branding
- Design, review and revise channel strategy
University Relations
- Set clear vision for realtor’s university recruiting strategy, programs and processes
- Partner with functional leaders, TA leaders and HRBPs to determine university recruiting hiring and program needs
- Plan and execute campus events and marketing strategies to increase visibility and awareness of realtor at targeted schools
- Manage key relationships with career centers, student groups, and faculty
- Research academic programs and create partnerships with universities
- Manage summer intern program and establish metrics to measure the program’s success
Education and Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant recruiting/HR experience and 3+ years as a staffing manager
- Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment and sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience developing networks of candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive towards deadlines
- Knowledge of and experience with technology tools to support the recruitment function
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
