Supervisor, HR Operations at Ascension (Remote)

What You Will Do
As the Supervisor, HR Operations, you will supervise Regional HR Operations team and partner with HR Operations Consultants, Ministry HR Partners, and HRIS to support the region's administrative and transactional requirements.
- Collaborate with Ministry HR Partners and leaders to understand local HR issues and requirements, and identify regional enhancement opportunities.
- Supervise HR Operations team workloads and service quality for administrative and transactional responsibilities to meet established objectives.
- Provide escalation support for HR Operations Coordinators and Assistants, including research of escalated issues and recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with other HR Operations Supervisors and Managers to identify process, policy and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance of HR operations activities with Human Resources policies, procedures, and related HR programs.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 year of experience required.
- 4 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
