Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a key representative of the Q2 brand, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Contractor is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience by supporting the recruitment team in the coordination of all candidate communication, travel and general support by providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Q2 and the opportunity throughout the interview process. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be able to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of all candidate interviews
- Manage interview logistics to schedule interviews and candidate travel
- Manage applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System – Workday
- Maintain all communication to candidates and managers within the Applicant Tracking System
- Act as liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide and develop positive and professional relationships with all
- Ensure the completion of applications and background check screenings
- Act as point-of-contact with candidates regarding process questions, logistics, travel and on-boarding
- Maintain candidate files, system updates, and ensure compliance with federal laws
- Provide reporting assistance as needed and actively participate on special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes
- Assist in managing Q2 approved vendor list
- Ensure all Talent Acquisition Satisfaction Surveys are sent to new hires and hiring manager
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years’ experience supporting Talent Acquisition disciplines
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter that possess a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discovery with colleagues
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Ability to interact with a broad range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new recruiting concepts and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Able to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible
