Overview

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Functions Recruiting Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom, and we're building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. If you're someone who is a talented player-coach, passionate about developing stakeholder relationships and developing recruiting teams, we want to talk to you.

You will

  • Perform as a player-coach.
  • Provide purpose and direction to your team by communicating a clear vision and empowering them to do impactful work by removing barriers.
  • Work with hiring teams, HRBP's, and your Group Manager to improve hiring processes with a focus on velocity, pass through rates, and outcomes.
  • Prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize candidate and client experience.
  • Upskill team members while empowering creative problem solving
  • Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) reviews with key stakeholders, communicating achievements, formulating strategies for roadblocks, and sharing opportunities for improvement for both recruiting and supported service lines.

You have

  • 8+ years of experience recruiting with 2-3+ years of leading a team
  • You are creative and driven, with interpersonal savvy that allows you to build trusting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting in corporate and/or tax recruiting
  • Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet overall minimum and aspirational hiring goals.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred, Master's degree even better
