NSS Labs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader in Austin, Texas to develop and build the programs that create pull for our employment brand and develop a strong internal hiring culture. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and work closely with all areas of the business teams to help identify, source and hire the best talent. Some of your responsibilities will include: 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire best in class talent
• Champion employment branding that draws great candidates to apply with NSS Labs
• Advocate genuinely the company value proposition – effectively represent NSS offerings, goals and values
• Manage full lifecycle hiring process including hands on screening and recommendation
• Knowledgeable sourcing of active and passive candidates using a full range of skills and tools
• Make effective assessments of candidates’ skills/experiences and appropriate interview/hiring recommendations
• Manage candidate flow in Jobvite
• Prioritize a positive candidate experience
• Manage external resources and vendors
• Provide other recruitment assistance as requested by Hiring Managers

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Exceptionally effective communication at all levels, written, verbal and presentation
• Highly organized with effective project planning and execution capabilities
• Highly adept at building trust relationships
• 8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience: 2+ year sourcing technical talent (engineering, developers, QA, product managers, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher education degree, certificate or training)
• Proficient use of direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
• Creative, out of the box thinking as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent
• Ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize target companies.
• Extremely detail oriented 
• High regard for confidentiality
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
