What You'll Do:
Logicmonitor's Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to set and develop recruiting strategies that meet business goals recognizing that the people are our most valuable asset. You’ll use your strong communication skills to tell rich, meaningful stories using data to influence decisions. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships across LogicMonitor's global organization, working intimately with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to shape LogicMonitor's future by identifying and hiring world-class talent. This is a player-coach role where you will have the opportunity to lead a top-notch recruiting team while directly seeing your own candidates get hired. Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Manage and inspire a top-notch talent acquisition team to deliver results across the entire organization. The talent acquisition team is responsible for finding, assessing, and closing all levels of candidates across the entire organization with global recruiting reach.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
- Collaborate to develop recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business, and recruitment
- Lead targeted executive and senior-level searches and provide back-up support to the recruiting team and hirings managers, as needed
- Ensure internal business partners are communicated with effectively and be an internal advocate for hiring initiatives within LogicMonitor such as: diversity & inclusion, college recruiting, employment branding, etc.
- Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solution
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred
- Experience leading and growing a high-performing recruiting team
- A coaching mindset of how to run a high-quality, full cycle recruiting process; and the ability to lead a team in doing so
- Strong understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a rich story through data
- Expertise with recruiting best practices and coaching all stakeholders on those recruiting best practices
