About the role:
Atmosphere is growing fast and so is our talent team. We’ve hired over 250 people in 2022 and we’re just getting started! This role is designed to help mentor, train, and manage a group of existing recruiters. You will partner with key stakeholders within each department to develop strategies to source, attract, hire, and retain talent for Atmosphere. This is an onsite role that reports to our HQ in downtown Austin, TX.

About you:
We are seeking a servant leader who’s well-versed in managing recruiting operations. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a full-cycle recruiter with management responsibilities over a talent acquisition team.

What you will do:

  • Guide day-to-day recruiting operations by setting goals, training and motivating recruiters while holding them accountable to expected business results
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, departmental heads, and recruiters to define sourcing strategies for current and forecasted hiring initiatives 
  • Drive the creation of networks and pipelines of passive talent using a combination of traditional and innovative solutions
  • Take a data-driven approach to create progress reports and actionable tasks focused on driving efficiencies within the talent acquisition process
  • Oversee and evaluate recruiting tools including Greenhouse and Gem
  • Provide expertise on labor/talent markets and optimal sourcing strategies
  • Act as a key influencer in Atmosphere’s overall recruiting model as it evolves
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires on a monthly basis
  • Develop strategies around networking events and job fairs aligned with our overall talent attraction strategy
  • Manage vendor relationships

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Recruiters and/or Sourcers
  • Hands on experience managing ATS and reporting functions (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience recruiting and leading teams through rapid change and scale
  • Strong business acumen with “problem solving” mentality
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and consult at the leadership level
  • Ability to facilitate an efficient operating rhythm among candidates, hiring managers and the talent acquisition delivery team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field; or equivalent relevant professional experience
