Our Talent Acquisition Managers are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and guiding strong hiring manager partnerships. What You'll DoFull Recruitment Life Cycle
- Design a high velocity, scaleable staffing strategy with equity, inclusion, and diversity at its core
- Identify, build, and cultivate diverse talent pipelines and passive sourcing strategies across
- Standardize how candidates are interviewed and evaluated, in order to make sure everyone is assessed against the same technical bar
- Help refine Cognite's employer branding and value proposition on both paid and organic channels
- Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
- Build and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions, increase productivity, and create efficiencies to support business goals
University & Emerging Talent
- Help build, bring to life and inspire the long-term vision for Cognite's early in career recruiting efforts
- Partner with local universities, attend career fairs (virtual and in-person), and build a pipeline of intern to full-time hires
Onboarding & the Employee Experience
- Partner with our VP of HR to help enhance the candidate and employee experience from application to first 30 days
- Prepare onboarding materials, messaging, and coordination of local orientation and monthly global onboarding
- You have solid experience across the end-to-end Recruitment cycle (ideally, at least 5-6 years)
- Proven ability to identify, interview, and extend offers to on average four (4) or more candidates per month
- Experience hiring technical commercial teams (sales, marketing, services, project management, solution architects)
- You bring innovative sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates
- You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
- Experience with Workable or other applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or similar software
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a plus
