Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization's growing talent acquisition team! This person will lead strategy by developing processes and programs to ensure the recruitment and retention of excellent employees. Build systems to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while delivering staffing solutions in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and manage the employee referral program
- Manage, lead and develop the Recruitment staff
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Plan and conduct recruitment selection processes (interview, sourcing, screening, technical interviews, through to offer administration
- Exhaust the potential of the ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience via process development and candidate surveys
- Develop college relationships to drive robust college recruitment programs
- Develop and manage the intern program
- Develop KPI's and utilizes metrics to identify areas of improvement, remove bottlenecks, and improve recruitment results. Create and present KPI reports
- Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs
- Maintain relationships with past candidates for future opportunities
- Strategically source potential hires from diverse backgrounds
- Institute a blind hiring initiative to drive a diverse applicant pool and drive a diverse workforce
- Implement a structured interview process and ensure that all interviewers are certified/trained.
- Develop a funnel methodology to understand the recruitment and candidate flow process and drive improvement and efficiency
- Develop and implement a candidate experience survey to ensure excellence in the recruitment process.
- Acts as the liaison between employees and the Immigration firm, handling all Visa's and Perm Resident questions and ensuring that the process is managed in an efficient and timely manner providing excellent support to our employees
- Owns the Job Description Library and is responsible for maintenance and accuracy

Requirements
- 3 years experience as talent acquisition manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
