We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to drive operational excellence for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters throughout the recruiting lifecycle. We are seeking a process oriented leader that has demonstrable experience solving operational challenges, to create scalable and efficient experiences throughout every step of the hiring marketplace. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams within HR including HR Operations, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners and Talent Management. Additionally, this role provides guidance to the recruitment coordination team by setting clear and relevant direction while coaching and developing the team to improve productivity and engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Create and implement processes that make it easier for the organization to find the best talent in the most efficient way - this includes but is not limited to process improvement and analytics.

  • Provide leadership to the coordination team through coaching, mentorship and development on strengths and functional skills

  • Lead our candidate experience (interview scheduling, travel) and programs (background checks, on-boarding, etc.) support throughout the new hire's journey.

  • Build solid relationships, creating shared short-term and long-term goals around operational excellence ensuring consistency, quality and compliance with an eye to scale

  • Participate in projects related to key initiatives and improvements

  • Participate in planning for 180 day project cycles, ensuring the work happening ties into our strategic initiatives

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations

  • 2+ years experience managing and coaching a team in a high growth environment

  • Demonstrated track record of driving process optimization within recruiting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize, and set clear expectations

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; familiarity with Agile a plus

  • Experience with HR/Recruiting technology including HRIS, ATS & reporting tools

  • Experience with Workday a plus

  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills
