Khoros is now seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Sales Recruitment to help us discover and enable the next generation of Sales Talent at Khoros. You will play a pivotal role in building strong teams within a dynamic culture and growing organization. You will join a Recruiting team that's passionate and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience - applying strategic, innovative recruitment strategies designed to deliver a world-class organization.

Responsibilities
Own the recruiting process:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, becoming a trusted advisor for prospective employees
  • Source candidates from direct targeting, social networking, and employee referrals
  • Research and implement the best way/tools to identify and attract top sales talent
  • Attend events, job fairs and meet-ups to increase employer brand awareness + generate additional leads

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers:
  • Offer insight, best practices and interview preparation to both sales candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, establish priorities, and build effective recruiting strategies

Support initiatives in building a world class Talent Acquisition function:
  • Collaborate within the global Talent Acquisition and Talent team in building world class processes and initiatives such as candidate experience and employer brand
  • Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and an effective interview frame
  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity within existing ATS, Workday, and other tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in a sales recruiting role at high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software industry
  • SaaS corporate sales recruiting experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting for sales positions at all levels including but not limited to Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Account Executives, Sales/Business Development Reps, Sales Solutions Engineers, and senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver high volume recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding environment all while providing excellent candidate experiences
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of creative methods and sources
  • A data-driven mindset and ability to maintain operational excellence
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills including the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver professional-level communications, reports, and presentation materials

What does your typical day look like?

My day starts with a quick check of Slack for anything urgent. Daily meetings include selecting new vendors, working on implementations, supporting the business with projects, or having 1x1s. I try to block time for focused project work, daily walks, and lunch away from my desk. In between, I'll catch up on our social Slack channels!
