As our Talent Coordinator at A Cloud Guru, you'll be an integral member of our global People & Culture team and will provide administrative and operational support for our Talent Acquisition team. This role will help the recruiting and hiring teams by owning interview logistics while providing a positive candidate experience. You'll work across all departments to ensure a smooth interviewing process from start to finish!

As a Talent Coordinator at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain data and process integrity to ensure timely delivery of Talent Acquisition Metrics
- Partner with multiple hiring teams across the company
- Champion a positive candidate experience by keeping the candidate updated in the recruitment scheduling process
- Ensure smooth handoff between the candidate's recruitment process and on-boarding process
We are looking for someone who can:
- Organize and prioritize tasks based on feedback from the People & Culture team
- Pivot and change to keep up with a fast changing environment
- Relentlessly maintain and update data in ACG's Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
- Assist with ad-hoc People & Culture project and other administrative tasks as necessary
- Problem solve with Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and candidates when scheduling conflicts arise
What you bring to the table

- Prior experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role within a startup or growing tech company is preferred
- ATS, particularly Greenhouse, experience is a plus!
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic, customer-service attitude
- Top-notch written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and take ownership of their work
- Must be passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience

What’s the interview process like at ACG?
Applying for a job can feel intimidating and like a full-time job of its own. You shouldn’t have to burn through a week of sick time or all your best out-of-office excuses just to put feelers out for a new career opportunity. We want to be as transparent about the process as possible to help ease your mind. It’s our goal to provide you a fair, efficient interviewing experience that respects you and your time — and to do it all with a sidecar of delight.
Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Depending on your role, you might then be asked to do a little homework (but nothing too time consuming). Then we’ll schedule a Zoom call to meet other members of the team, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for what it’s really like to work at ACG.
