We're looking for a Talent Development Associate who is interested in building a career within global Talent Development (TD). This position will play a key role in developing and delivering learning objectives for assigned teams, leveraging experience and relationships with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates logistics for executing programs including in-person or virtual classroom/lab setup and breakdown, coordination of training facilities and materials, communication with trainees, and post-workshop collection of evaluation/feedback
  • Respond to our internal customers to give guidance and direction in regards to the tools or offerings of the Talent Development team
  • Conducts needs assessments to identify high priority development target areas for employee groups
  • Designs and develops learning programs and training materials, including presentation slide decks, manuals and other visual aids, for assigned subject areas, in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Delivers results-driven development programs using a wide variety of training methodologies and learning tools, including in-person and virtual delivery
  • Educates employees and leaders about development opportunities and internal resources


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • Six months of experience in a learning, instructional/visual design and/or education-focused role (experience in the technology industry preferred)
  • Exceptional skills in public speaking, teamwork, and relationship-building
  • Experience utilizing diverse learning management tools and training applications including Powerpoint, Google Slides, Adobe Captivate, and similar applications


The budget range for this role is $54 - $62K with a 5% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
