As a key member of the Talent Team at Khoros, the Talent Engagement Associate provides HR support to assigned client groups within the Company. This position will support the Talent Engagement Partner in supporting our Sales and Customer Organizations. In this role you will be working to shape the employee experience and will partner with business leaders and HR, in achieving team and company goals. This role is perfect for an individual with some experience in HR, who is looking to deepen their knowledge and skills, and grow their career within Human Resources.

Responsibilities include;

  • Work with the Talent Engagement Partner in anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities within client groups.
  • Implement and administer HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through a variety employee communication channels.
  • Assist employees by providing guidance on general HR issues and assist the Talent Engagement Partner with employee relations issues.
  • Participate with other Talent Team members in leading key talent management processes with client groups including; performance calibrations, talent review, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Work closely with the HR team, managers and employees to implement programs that improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Participate in special projects with both the HR Team and client groups.
  • Provide HR administrative support and ad-hoc reporting for client groups.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR experience
  • Ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to maintain composure in a high paced, professional environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player
  • Basic knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or combination equivalent work experience
