The Talent Experience Associate, Benefits will be responsible for researching and resolving employee needs related to health, time away and financial benefits while creating a meaningful employee support experience. This role will use problem-solving skills and solution-focused mindset to find opportunities to elevate the employee experience and drive workload efficiency. This person will play an integral role in assisting in recognizing, identifying and developing our talent.

Responsibilities

  • Benefits Administration and Support is the main function of this role. This can include...

    • Administering enrollments, changes and separations in the organization
    • Managing the day-to-day administration of U.S. benefit plans – medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, spending accounts, voluntary benefits, and life plans
    • Aiding with benefits related queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Recommending corrective actions in payroll, benefits and other HR programs
    • Liaising between the employees and the insurance providers/brokers to resolve issues
  • Provide initial support to requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other requests for information. 
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. 
  • Provides data entry, audits and analysis of employee data, as needed
  • Provides research and administrative support across broad HR topics
  • Recommends corrective actions in payroll, benefits and other HR programs
  • Liaises between employees and insurance providers/brokers to resolve issues
  • Administers enrollments, changes and separations in the organization
  • Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing and employee file management 
  • Coordinates employee recognition programming, system, events and rewards
  • Supports new employee orientation and onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of HR experience, benefits administration preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business setting
  • Demonstrated ability and integrity working with confidential data
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization and coordination skills
  • Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
