Khoros is looking for a Talent Experience Program Associate that will play an integral role in assisting in recognizing, identifying and developing our talent. This person will focus on building out our talent management and diversity/inclusion programs and aide the talent team in ensuring effective and appropriate communications about our programs. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

Job Duties:

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Coordination of diversity programming, budgeting, sponsorships, events and awards
  • Facilitation of events and programs with external organizations aligned with our diversity and inclusion mission
  • Conducting ongoing research on potential programs and policy updates
  • Scheduling and facilitation of committee meetings as necessary
  • Coordination of internal and external diversity-related communications, including the Company website and other diversity marketing materials

Talent and Recognition

  • Coordination of employee recognition programming, budgeting, system, events and awards
  • Assists in administering the company's talent management software and provides data analysis to talent team as well as leadership
  • Provide insightful QBR information and metrics to talent engagement partners
  • Complete quarterly reporting

Communications

  • Provide support for Employees' Communication, focusing on communicating the rhythm of the business and talent strategies
  • Preparing of data, creating, reviewing and enhancing of internal communication materials including presentations and executive documents

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A desire to learn and grow in the talent/HR
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in coordinating projects, programs and/or other business activities
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business setting
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion program and/or talent management programs is preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization and coordination skills
  • Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple location responsibility is preferred
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
  • Able to work collaboratively across business units and project teams
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and execute
