Job Description

Procore is looking to hire a Talent Generalist to join its Global Talent Organization. In this role, you’ll work across functions within the Global Talent Organization and Procore to build trusted relationships and provide human resources support while leading with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity.

As a Talent Generalist, you’ll partner with Procore employees, managers, Talent Business Partners, Talent Operations, and others to ensure fair, respectful and consistent treatment of employees that align with Procore’s values. Use your problem solving, organizational agility, stakeholder management to influence and manage employee relations. If you’re interested in an opportunity to impact and support our team and culture through Procore’s company values of Ownership, Openness, and Optimism - apply today!

This is a full-time position that reports into the Senior Manager, Employee Relations within the Global Talent Organization. This role can be fully remote. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support Talent Business Partners and leadership in employee relations, specific organizational enhancement projects and reorganizations, and overall talent engagement initiatives, such as performance calibration and growth conversations

  • Provide performance engagement guidance to management (particularly supporting the Talent Business Partners to manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary actions) as needed

  • Perform routine tasks to administer and execute Talent programs, including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigation, performance and talent management, recognition and employee experience, occupational health and safety, and training and development

  • Conduct climate surveys and assist with investigations when employee complaints or concerns are raised

  • Coach Managers on policy interpretation and employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship

  • Compile, prepare, and analyze data and reports to assist in determining trends, themes, make recommendations and develop action plans/programs that provide for continuous improvement within the department and organization

  • Drive background check investigations, relocation, and exit interview process

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects

  • Command of Workday and Google Suite applications, including Google docs, sheets, and slides

  • Possess the ability to use and understand business intelligence and data analysis software and programs, such as HRIS, for the purpose of evaluating, interpreting, and organizing data related to employee relations and human resources overall.

  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills; maintains confidentiality; diplomatic, professional.

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
