Talent Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join the RigUp team. We’re growing fast and we’re not slowing down- We’re looking for someone who is innovative and ready to get to work, someone who will constantly think of ways to improve the employee experience, someone who will match our eagerness and enthusiasm for high-impact people operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between all departments in order to ensure proper information flow and also to provide the best employee experience. You will also be responsible for handling HR and compliance related employee questions.
You Will
- Coordinate between all departments to ensure proper information flow and maintain accurate and up to date employee data across multiple databases
- Assist and develop policies and procedures according to industry best practices
- Review and approve standard offers
- Administer and manage background checks
- Learn and understand onboarding, bi-monthly payroll runs, offboarding, etc
- Conduct and manage new orientation; look for ways to improve the employee experience
- Enroll new hires in benefits administration
- Serve as point of contact for general benefit, HR questions
- Complete employment verifications
- Assist with surveys
- Facilitate team integration activities on an ad hoc basis
- Support talent team in educating employees on company policies
